An exceptionally robust double head mitre saw, ideal for large volume sawing applications. Mitre cuts of 90 and 45 degrees, with optional intermediate angle selection available. Length setting is manual, with the E111 length measuring readout and a hand wheel. Switching of the saw head from 90 to 45 degrees is completed with a simple switch on the control panel. Two hand safety controls, and automatic, inter-locked safety hoods on both sawing heads are standard.

With the addition of the E355 controller, or the E550 controller, the length and all mitre angles my be set from the control panel. The movable head is accurately positioned with a low wear direct drive servo motor, with length measuring independent from drive(toothed encoder) to ensure accurate positioning. Also, specific jobs (length, profile #, ect) may be stored in memory so as to be quickly recalled for repeat orders. Label printers for the E355 or the E550 controller may also be added.
