Featuring the tried and tested principle of cutting from below the machine table, this machine is the idea solution for larger volume cutting operations requiring accurate and clean 90-degree cuts (tilting cuts to 45-degrees is possible as an option). Operating with a 500mm (20”) diameter saw blade, combined with the powerful 4kW standard motor this machine offers a large cutting range. The standard machine is equipped with an inter-locked machine hood that completely encloses the saw during the cutting cycle providing a very safe working environment. Clamping of the material is achieved through adjustable vertical, and horizontal pneumatic clamps. It is also standard equipped with ports for the addition of an optional chip extraction unit. The material feed is achieved with a long stroke pneumatic cylinder allowing for feed lengths for 5mm-600mm. Cutting length is set manually using a hand wheel and analog readout, or optionally with the E111 digital readout.
