Material length is set via a manual hand wheel, with digital length display that may be set for either metric or imperial units. A robust pneumatic braking system for the material stop carriage ensures accurate, repeatable cuts during production. The simple operation of this unit guarantees minimal set up time, but maximum accuracy when changing lengths for different jobs.  Integrated into the measuring unit is a gravity roller table to support the profile during processing.  Plastic rollers are standard to protect the surface of your extrusion from scratches. For pieces that are longer than the overall length of the measuring unit, the stop easily flips out of the way to allow extrusion to pass by it.
