Automatic positioning of the material stop helps minimise the possibility of operator error, as well make change- over/set-up time short. The cutting length is entered into the controller, and the machine positions the stop carriage automatically.  Accuracy of +/-.01mm per meter is achieved by having separate measuring and drive systems.   The E111 controller also allows for up to 999 different jobs to be stored for repeat work.
