Profile Machining Centre

The SBZ 151 is a 5 axis aluminium profile machining centre. Machining processes may be carried out from all 6 sides of the profile (including the bottom) without rotation, or moving the work piece using the optional angle head. The travelling tool magazine minimises cycle time, and may be equipped with 13 standard tools, and 7 special tools (angle heads, saw blade, special cutters, etc). An additional magazine for a 500mm diameter saw blade is also available. Direct drives, and robust construction of all axis provides positioning accuracy of +/-0.10mm(.004”) and +/-0.10 degrees on the angular axis.
