This versatile machine operates with 550mm diameter saw blades providing a generous working capacity for both wide, and tall extrusions. Cutting of point-to-point dimensions of all variants ensures there are no complicated length calculations required to operate the machine. Lengths, pivot angles and mitre angles may be set manually, or automatically depending on the controller selected. Safety is ensured with automatic hoods over the cutting area that open and close automatically with the cycle of the machine. Both hoods are standard equipped with electronic safety interlocks. Along with the various controllers for this machine, it is also possible to integrate a label printer, thereby allowing part identification to begin even as the raw extrusion is being processed.
